The package cost is valid for a minimum of two people traveling together at all times.
The offer/rates/ prices may change without prior notice, subject to availability of airfare, class of booking on the airlines, hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate accommodation or airline of an equal or higher standard.
If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rate.
Any Hike in hotel rates, Airfare, Airport Tax or Fuel will attract a Surcharge to be paid prior the departure date.
Once Hotel Booking is reconfirmed there is no refund / Cancellation.
We do not own any responsibility for any incorrect star rating and type of bedroom provided by the hotel.
Descriptions, photographs, sketches and list of amenities/facilities are also provided by the hotel company itself. This can be verified by directly communicating with the hotel company.
All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organised by local agents/suppliers. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of making the booking.
All sightseeing tours are subject to road, weather and political conditions at a respective destination and Wanderbird Holidays will not be liable if any changes happen due to the said reason.
Schedule advised by Local Representative will be final and you have to strictly adhere the timings. For any inconvenience, loss or consequence suffered due to passenger's failure to keep the local tour operators timings, the passenger alone will be responsible.
No Change / No refund in package if flight delays due to any reason such as bad weather/fog or any other technical reason.Wanderbird Holidays is not responsible for the changes in the price due to factors not in the control of the organisation Rates are calculated as per today's exchange rate which is subject to change the rate as per the date of final payment will be applicable i.e. payments for land component will be taken as per ROE on the day of making final payment. Grant of Visa is solely at the discretion of a particular country's Immigration Authority and Wanderbird Holidays does not hold any responsibility for any visa rejection to traveller.
Standard Check in time is 1400 hrs. and Standard Check out time is 12 noon. Early check-in/ late checkout is subject to availability.
All the hotel quotations are based on ROH: Run of House (Standard room basis), starting base category of rooms.
Baggage Allowance: Generally, one suitcase not exceeding 20 Kgs of Weight and 62 Inches of Linear Dimension (L+B+H) is allowed as check in Baggage. One bag of not more than 07 Kgs and 42 Inches of Linear Dimension (L+B+H) is allowed as Handbag Cabin Bag in Economy Class. *Subject to change depending on the airlines rules and regulations*
The tour cost does not include any Travel Insurance Premium unless until mentioned in the inclusion, but we strongly recommend Travel Insurance.
This intimation supersede all previous offers by Wanderbird Holidays and any verbal communication or offer made earlier by any of our representatives.
All payments will be accepted by Payee Account Cheques/ Bank Transfer/ D.D/Debit Card/Credit Card/Payment Gateways only.
** Note: Approx. 2.5% - 2.8% extra charge will be applicable on amount paid through Debit Card, Credit Card & Payment Gateways.
Only under special circumstances Cash will be accepted & that too only in the office against official receipt.
Please ensure that the cheques are timely delivered to our office for encashment as no booking will be made till the cheques are en-cashed. Please note that Cheque Bouncing Charges will be Rs. 500/-.
INITIAL STAGE 1:
We always give quotations based on the Airfares available on the CRS system at the day of Quotation which is always subject to change at the time of issuance of the tickets.
STAGE 2: ADVANCE / TOKEN AMOUNT:
Once we receive the advance amount then only the booking is sent to the Hotel and seats are blocked on the airlines. PLEASE NOTE WE DON'T ISSUE TICKETS UNTIL AND UNLESS THE FULL PAYMENT FOR TICKET IS RECEIVED IN OUR ACCOUNT. (CREDIT IN OUR ACCOUNTS IN CASE PAID BY CHEQUE).
STAGE 3: FINAL CONFIRMATIONS / CLIENT RECONFIRMATIONS:
We will send the UPDATION / CONFIRMATIONS to Client by email based on the airfares + hotels confirmations we have for the booking as per quotation. This stage includes any changes in the airfare, airlines taxes, hotels etc. which is beyond our control (Specifically mentioned this in our quotation email). In this stage once client agrees on the final confirmations / pricing (changes if any) we reconfirm the hotel booking and issue the final tickets only after receiving the equivalent ticket pricing amount. Once we issue the tickets and reconfirm the full package 100% there will be no change in the pricing and it will interact amendment charges if any changes required or informed by passenger after this stage.
STAGE 4: VISA AFTER RECONFIRMATIONS:
Once we issue the tickets we send your passports for the Visa.
STAGE 5: HANDOVER:
Once Visa is granted, the final confirmations of tickets / vouchers etc. will be packed and all the documents will be handed over. You are most welcome to collect the same with the submission of Balance Payments.
